Merchants Sale Policy
Fully refund for items bought within 7 days for unopened and unused OEM products.
(14 days for online purchase).

CTY Computers does not offer price protection on items sold.

No refund for defective items, exchange only.

Any refund amount is based on the lower price of either the current price or the purchase invoice price.

No guarantees of compatibility with other products, or suitability or satisfaction for a specific purpose.

Please do a good research in advance or ask our sales representatives for help.

Warranty
Warranty terms showed on the purchase invoice.

Any claims on products under warranty must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or a copy.

If you cannot find the invoice, please contact our sales representative for help.

No warranty for any physical damaged products.

Opened or used products clamed for refunds will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% minimum for return. the terms shows on the purchase invoice.
There are no refunds on labor, installation or shipping charges.

There is 30 days DOA period for most of our products. You will get directly exchange for defective items depends on the stock.

We may have to send the return item to the supplier or manufacturer for warranty service after DOA period. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. Please allow 1~4 weeks to deal with.

Please allow CTY Computers to substitute a comparable model at the current market value of your item if it's no longer available.

LCD Monitors with less than 7 dead pixels and Notebooks with less than 4 dead pixels are not considered defective.
This is manufacturer's warranty policy for dead pixel.


For products purchased online
   the customer has to contact our sales representatives to require a RMA number before
   send the product back.
   Our sales representatives may ask you to do some simple test if it's possible.
   The customer pays for shipping to CTY Computers. CTY Computers will cover the
   shipping charge for returning to customer.
   Customer has to pay the both shipping if any items are proved not eligible for warranty.
